LIT
LIT
From idea to open in 12 weeks.
Real brand. Live website. First sale.
Lit is the program that takes the business you've been building in your head and puts it into the world. You leave with a logo, a website, a real offer, and a first sale under your belt.
You have the idea. You've had it for a while…
Maybe you've started to build it before and life got in the way. Maybe you've been researching for months, collecting tabs and bookmarks and half-finished notes, waiting until you feel ready. Maybe you've told yourself that as soon as the kids are older, or work slows down, or you have a little more money saved up, you'll finally do the thing.
You know what the thing is. You know what you want to build. You just haven't built it yet.
And somewhere in the gap between the knowing and the doing, the doubt starts to move in. Is this even a real idea? Is there actually a market for this? Can I figure all of this out on my own? What if I build it and nobody buys it? What if I invest all this time and it doesn't work?
What if I'm just not the kind of person who actually does this?
Here is what I know about you: you are still here. You haven't let it go. That idea keeps showing up, keeps asking for your attention, keeps making you feel those butterflies in your stomach when you let yourself actually imagine what it would be like to make it real.
The problem has never been the idea. The problem is that building a business from scratch, alone, without a roadmap or a mentor or a community that actually gets it, is genuinely hard.
Most people who fail don't fail because their idea was bad. They fail because they ran out of momentum. Out of clarity. Out of someone to tell them they were doing it right. They didn’t have the encouragement, the accountability, or the community they needed.
That is exactly what Lit is built to fix.
Imagine 12 weeks from now…
You have a brand. A real one, with a logo that finally captures what this business actually feels like, colors and fonts and a visual identity that you're genuinely proud to show people. Something that makes it feel real when you look at it.
You have a website. Live, functional, representing exactly who you are and what you offer. Someone could land on it today and buy from you.
You have a clear, specific offer with a real price attached to it. You know exactly who it's for. You can describe it in one sentence without stumbling.
You have made your first sale. You know what it feels like to exchange something you created for real money. That fear is behind you now.
You have a community of founders who built alongside you, who know your story, who are rooting for you, and who will keep showing up in your corner long after the program ends.
The business isn't a dream anymore. It's a real, live thing that exists in the world. It is out of your head and into the world. It is real. It is alive. It can change your entire future.
That is what Lit is designed to give you.
Introducing Lit
What is Lit?
Lit is a 12-week business launch program for people who have an idea they're ready to build. Not an idea they're still figuring out. An idea they've been sitting on, circling, and waiting to finally do something about.
Over 12 weeks, you will define your business, design your offer, build your brand, launch your website, learn to make the ask, and go after your first customer. Every week has a lesson, a group call, and homework that moves you forward. Nothing is busywork. Everything builds toward the same goal: a launched, operational business with a first sale before you graduate.
Lit Is For You If:
You have a specific business idea and you're ready to build it, not just think about it. You are willing to show up every week, do the work even when it's hard, and trust the process even when it feels uncomfortable. You want a mentor and a community in your corner, not just another course to watch alone. You are done waiting for the "right time" and ready to decide that now is it.
Lit Is Not For You If:
You're still figuring out what business you want to start. (That's what The Spark is for.) You're looking for a get-rich-quick formula. You want to watch videos but skip the implementation. You aren't willing to have real conversations with potential customers.
The Process
What happens inside Lit
Before the cohort officially begins, two things happen. You and I get on a call together to shape your idea into something specific and launchable — by the end of that session, you know exactly what you're building. Then your cohort meets for a launch party, so you walk into Week 1 already knowing the people you'll be building alongside.
Week 2
Identity & Voice
Now you find out who your business is. Mission, values, ideal client, brand personality — and the brand vision worksheet that gives your designer everything needed to build your visual identity. Submit it by end of week. Your brand is being made.
Week 6
Your Online Home
Your home on the internet. You learn what a new business website actually needs, how your brand and story feed directly into your copy, and how to write for the fears and desires of the person you're trying to reach. The goal: live, or close enough to touch.
Week 10
Marketing & Content Systems
The thing that kills most solo founders is not strategy. It is sustaining it. This week you build a content engine you can actually keep running: a rhythm that fits your real life, repeatable formats so you never face a blank page, and the habit of turning one good thing into several.
Week 3
Offer & Pricing
What are you selling, and what does it cost? You design a tight, specific offer, learn to say your price without apologizing for it, and practice describing what you do in one sentence until it lands clean.
Week 7
Organic Marketing
The myth of being everywhere gets put to rest. You choose the one or two channels where your ideal client actually spends time and show up there in a way that feels like you. The first piece of content goes out into the world this week.
Week 11
Launch Plan
You build a specific, dated, sequenced plan for earning your first dollar. Not a vague intention. An actual roadmap with steps you have already started taking.
Week 4
Storytelling & Proof
Two stories matter more than any others: yours (why you) and your client's (why them). You write your origin story, learn how to gather proof before you have paying clients, and discover how to talk about your business in a way that moves people.
Week 8
Making the Ask
This is a skill, not a personality trait. You learn how to present your offer, hear what an objection is really saying, and close with warmth rather than pressure. By the end of the week, you have had at least one real sales conversation (even if it starts with a friend playing the part).
Week 12
The Rubber Meets the Road
A personal challenge. A little friendly competition. Every graduate crosses this finish line as a business founder.
Week 1
Clarity
What exactly are you building? You learn what makes an idea ready to launch, why specificity is your best friend right now, and what it feels like to finally say it out loud. You leave this week knowing what your business is and able to describe it to a stranger.
Week 5
Brand Reveal!
This is the moment. Your logo, color palette, and font suite arrive. The business stops being an idea and becomes a thing that exists in the world. We mark that properly, and I throw in a special surprise reveal for each of you!
Week 9
Email Marketing
Social media is borrowed land. Your email list is the one thing you own. This week you build your list from zero, write your welcome sequence, and set up the marketing asset that will keep working long after any algorithm changes.

Who I Am
I'm Ember Wildwood: business launch coach, brand designer, and the person who sees your business as already real before you fully can.
I have spent my entire career helping businesses succeed. Turning six-figure companies into seven-figure companies. Helping founders define their offers, build their brands, launch their websites, and become known in their industries. My track record is real. It just has other people's names on it.
I am building Lit because it is the thing I needed and didn't have. I know what it's like to have a vision that feels completely real inside you and completely invisible to everyone around you. I know what it costs to try to build something alone, without anyone who truly gets it. I know how many times you can talk yourself out of something that deserved to exist in the world.
I am not here to hand you a formula. I am here to believe in your business before you fully can, and to walk with you until you can see what I see.

What if I fall behind?
Service businesses, product businesses, coaching, creative work, handmade goods, digital products: if you have something to sell and a real person you want to sell it to, Lit is built for it.
The weekly structure is designed to keep you moving, and the asynchronous coaching means you can get help between calls when you get stuck. The community also holds people accountable in a genuinely supportive way. If you fall, just get back up again. Just promise that you’ll never give up.
Important Information About Brand Design Services:
Your brand package is designed specifically for your business based on the brand vision worksheet you complete in Week 2. The worksheet covers your business personality, aesthetic direction, ideal customer, and visual inspiration.
Based on your completed worksheet, Ember will deliver an original logo design along with a color palette, font pairing, and brand usage guidelines.
You will receive up to three original logo concepts. Once you select a direction, you will receive up to three rounds of refinements to reach your final design. Additional brand design work beyond these three logo concepts and three rounds of refinements will be billed at $50/hr.
Before purchasing, please look through the sample logos on this page. These logos are typical of the kind of brand designs that Ember specializes in. While she is willing to try new things, please be aware that different artists specialize in different kinds of artwork, and Ember may not have expertise in the kind of design you may have in mind.
Ember’s standard brand design package is included in the Lit program at a substantial discount. You do not have to use Ember’s brand design services to participate in Lit.
Your final brand package includes: two .png logo files with transparent backgrounds (one for dark backgrounds and one for light backgrounds), color palette with hex codes, font pairing, and brand usage guidelines.
Design work begins after your completed brand vision worksheet is submitted during Week 3. Timely submission ensures your brand is ready for the Week 5 reveal.
