LIT

LIT

From idea to open in 12 weeks.
Real brand. Live website. First sale.

Lit is the program that takes the business you've been building in your head and puts it into the world. You leave with a logo, a website, a real offer, and a first sale under your belt.

You have the idea. You've had it for a while…

Maybe you've started to build it before and life got in the way. Maybe you've been researching for months, collecting tabs and bookmarks and half-finished notes, waiting until you feel ready. Maybe you've told yourself that as soon as the kids are older, or work slows down, or you have a little more money saved up, you'll finally do the thing.

You know what the thing is. You know what you want to build. You just haven't built it yet.

And somewhere in the gap between the knowing and the doing, the doubt starts to move in. Is this even a real idea? Is there actually a market for this? Can I figure all of this out on my own? What if I build it and nobody buys it? What if I invest all this time and it doesn't work?

What if I'm just not the kind of person who actually does this?

Here is what I know about you: you are still here. You haven't let it go. That idea keeps showing up, keeps asking for your attention, keeps making you feel those butterflies in your stomach when you let yourself actually imagine what it would be like to make it real.

The problem has never been the idea. The problem is that building a business from scratch, alone, without a roadmap or a mentor or a community that actually gets it, is genuinely hard.

Most people who fail don't fail because their idea was bad. They fail because they ran out of momentum. Out of clarity. Out of someone to tell them they were doing it right. They didn’t have the encouragement, the accountability, or the community they needed.

That is exactly what Lit is built to fix.

Imagine 12 weeks from now…

You have a brand. A real one, with a logo that finally captures what this business actually feels like, colors and fonts and a visual identity that you're genuinely proud to show people. Something that makes it feel real when you look at it.

You have a website. Live, functional, representing exactly who you are and what you offer. Someone could land on it today and buy from you.

You have a clear, specific offer with a real price attached to it. You know exactly who it's for. You can describe it in one sentence without stumbling.

You have made your first sale. You know what it feels like to exchange something you created for real money. That fear is behind you now.

You have a community of founders who built alongside you, who know your story, who are rooting for you, and who will keep showing up in your corner long after the program ends.

The business isn't a dream anymore. It's a real, live thing that exists in the world. It is out of your head and into the world. It is real. It is alive. It can change your entire future.

That is what Lit is designed to give you.

Introducing Lit

What is Lit?

Lit is a 12-week business launch program for people who have an idea they're ready to build. Not an idea they're still figuring out. An idea they've been sitting on, circling, and waiting to finally do something about.

Over 12 weeks, you will define your business completely, build your brand, launch your website, design your offer, learn to sell it, and go after your first customer. Every week has a lesson, a group call, and homework that moves you forward. Nothing is busywork. Everything builds toward the same goal: a launched, operational business with a first sale before you graduate.

Lit Is For You If:

You have a specific business idea and you're ready to build it, not just think about it. You are willing to show up every week, do the work even when it's hard, and trust the process even when it feels uncomfortable. You want a mentor and a community in your corner, not just another course to watch alone. You are done waiting for the "right time" and ready to decide that now is it.

Lit Is Not For You If:

You're still figuring out what business you want to start. (That's what The Spark is for.) You're looking for a get-rich-quick formula. You want to watch videos but skip the implementation. You aren't willing to have real conversations with potential customers.

The Process

What happens inside Lit

Weeks 1-2

Clarity and Identity

Now that your idea is sharp, you go deeper. You define who your business serves, what it stands for, and what it feels like. You articulate your mission, your ideal customer, and the personality of your brand. By the end of Week 2, your brand vision is complete and in the hands of your designer.

Week 6

Your Online Home

Your website gets built. It doesn't have to be perfect. It has to exist, represent your brand, and clearly communicate your offer.

Week 10

Systems and AI

You build the basic systems your business needs: client onboarding, follow-up, invoicing, content. You learn how to use AI to work faster without losing your voice.

Week 3

Brand Reveal!

Your logo, color palette, and font suite arrive. This is the first ultrasound moment: the business stops being an idea and becomes a thing that actually exists in the world. Together, we celebrate this, and I also give you a special surprise!

Week 7

Marketing 101

You identify the one or two channels where your ideal customer actually spends time and build a sustainable, authentic way to show up there. No performing for an algorithm. Just genuine connection.

Week 11

Launch Plan

You build a specific, dated, sequenced plan for earning your first dollar. Not a vague intention. An actual roadmap with steps you have already started taking.

Week 4

Offer and Pricing

You design a specific, clear offer and attach a real price to it. You practice saying the price out loud. You learn how to describe what you do in one sentence to a stranger.

Week 8

The Sales Conversation

You learn how to talk to a potential customer in a way that feels human, warm, and honest. You practice. You stop being afraid of the ask.

Week 12

The Rubber Meets the Road

A personal challenge. A little friendly competition. Every graduate crosses this finish line as a business founder.

Week 0

Your 1-on-1 Call

Before we begin the Lit program, you and I get on a call together. We look at your idea, shape it into something specific and launchable within 12 weeks, and make sure you walk into Week 1 knowing exactly what you're building. Some ideas get focused. Some get expanded. All of them get real. You will also meet your cohort at a group launch party this week, so you walk into Week 1 already knowing the people you'll be building alongside.

Week 5

Storytelling and Proof

You write your origin story. You identify how to gather early proof and testimonials. You learn how to talk about your business in a way that moves people.

Week 9

Email Marketing

You build your email list from zero, write your welcome sequence, and create the one marketing asset that you actually own and control.

What’s Included:

When you join Lit, here is exactly what you get:

  • A private 1-on-1 business evaluation call before the cohort begins, where we shape your idea into something specific and launchable.

  • Twelve weeks of weekly video lessons that you can watch on your own time, covering every stage of building and launching your business.

  • Twelve weekly live group calls (Cohort Experience) or twelve private 1-on-1 calls (1-on-1 Experience) where we work through that week's material together, give each other feedback, and keep the momentum going.

  • Unlimited asynchronous coaching for the full 12 weeks. Have a question between calls? Get stuck on your copy? Need a gut-check on a decision? Message me. I will respond.

  • A handcrafted custom brand package: logo design, color palette, font pairing, and brand usage guidelines, designed specifically for your business based on your brand vision worksheet, designed and produced by Ember Wildwood herself.

  • A seat in a cohort of up to 8 founders building their businesses alongside you, giving each other real feedback and real support.

  • Access to the graduate community, The Bonfire, for 6 months after you finish the program.

All of this for $3,000.

No tiers. No upsells. Everything above is included for every student.

Who I Am

I'm Ember Wildwood: business launch coach, brand designer, and the person who sees your business as already real before you fully can.

I have spent my entire career helping businesses succeed. Turning six-figure companies into seven-figure companies. Helping founders define their offers, build their brands, launch their websites, and become known in their industries. My track record is real. It just has other people's names on it.

I am building Lit because it is the thing I needed and didn't have. I know what it's like to have a vision that feels completely real inside you and completely invisible to everyone around you. I know what it costs to try to build something alone, without anyone who truly gets it. I know how many times you can talk yourself out of something that deserved to exist in the world.

I am not here to hand you a formula. I am here to believe in your business before you fully can, and to walk with you until you can see what I see.

What People Are Saying

Her instincts and perspective on how to push through bottlenecks made all the difference in getting my business off the ground. She brought so much joy and peace into the process. I've never experienced anything like it."

— Cynthia Downey

Investment & Next Steps

First, choose if you’d like to experience Lit in a small cohort of 8, where you can encourage and motivate each other to keep going, or if you’d prefer a 1-on-1 coaching experience with me, available only for a limited time.

Either way, the investment is $3,000.

This includes everything: the 12-week program, the weekly calls, the 1-on-1 evaluation session, unlimited asynchronous coaching, and your complete custom brand package.

Payment options:

Pay in full: $3,000 due at enrollment.

Pay in two installments: $1,600 due at enrollment, $1,600 due at Week 6. By the time your second payment arrives, you will have your brand in hand and your website underway. You will already know this was worth it.

OPTION ONE:
Start Now with 1-on-1 Coaching

If you'd rather not for the next cohort to begin, or if you do your best work with private, focused attention, the 1-on-1 option takes you through the full Lit program individually. Same content, same branding, same coaching, but on a customized timeline built around your life.

This option is available now at the same $3,000 launch rate.

The first step is a free discovery call. We spend 30 minutes together: you tell me about your business idea, I tell you what I see in it, and we both decide if we're the right fit to build it together.

There is no pressure on this call. It is exactly what it says it is: a conversation.

OPTION TWO:
Join the August Cohort

The first Lit cohort begins in August 2026. There are 8 spots. That's intentional: small enough that everyone gets real attention, big enough to build a real community.

The waitlist is open through the end of June. There is no commitment if you sign up for the waitlist. You’ll just be the first to know when enrollment opens and will have first access to a spot.

FAQs

When does the next cohort start?

1

The exact start date will be confirmed when enrollment opens. Waitlist members will receive the date before it's announced publicly.

What if I'm not sure my idea is ready?

2

That's what the Week 0 evaluation call is for. We look at your idea together before the program begins and make sure it's specific and launchable. If it needs shaping, we shape it.

Do I need any prior business experience?

3

No. Lit is designed for people who are starting from scratch. The only prerequisite is a specific idea you're ready to build.

5

What kind of businesses does Lit work for?

4

What if I fall behind?

Service businesses, product businesses, coaching, creative work, handmade goods, digital products: if you have something to sell and a real person you want to sell it to, Lit is built for it.

The weekly structure is designed to keep you moving, and the asynchronous coaching means you can get help between calls when you get stuck. The community also holds people accountable in a genuinely supportive way. If you fall, just get back up again. Just promise that you’ll never give up.

You already know.

The business you've been thinking about - the one that shows up in the quiet moments, the one you come back to no matter how many times you tell yourself it isn't practical - it deserves to exist. You deserve to build it.

Twelve weeks from now, you could be launched.

Important Information About Brand Design Services:

Your brand package is designed specifically for your business based on the brand vision worksheet you complete in Week 2. The worksheet covers your business personality, aesthetic direction, ideal customer, and visual inspiration.

Based on your completed worksheet, Ember will deliver an original logo design along with a color palette, font pairing, and brand usage guidelines.

You will receive up to three original logo concepts. Once you select a direction, you will receive up to three rounds of refinements to reach your final design. Additional brand design work beyond these three logo concepts and three rounds of refinements will be billed at $50/hr.

Before purchasing, please look through the sample logos on this page. These logos are typical of the kind of brand designs that Ember specializes in. While she is willing to try new things, please be aware that different artists specialize in different kinds of artwork, and Ember may not have expertise in the kind of design you may have in mind.

Ember’s standard brand design package is included in the Lit program at a substantial discount. You do not have to use Ember’s brand design services to participate in Lit. To opt out of the brand design package, please contact Ember at info@emberwildwood.com before purchase, and a $100 discount will be applied to the price of the Lit program.

Your final brand package includes: two .png logo files with transparent backgrounds (one for dark backgrounds and one for light backgrounds), color palette with hex codes, font pairing, and brand usage guidelines.

Design work begins after your completed brand vision worksheet is submitted. Timely submission ensures your brand is ready for the Week 3 reveal.
